What's included in our house wash?
- Low pressure soft washing to clean siding, trim, soffits, foundation, porch, steps and gutter exterior (lines on the gutter surface also known as Tiger stripes are not included in the standard package).
- Removal of general dirt, bird droppings, algae, mildew, debris, and cobwebs.
- Thorough rinsing of plants/scrubs before and after the cleaning.
- Move Items off the deck or porch (up to 50lbs) and back on after completion
What is flat work?
Flat work cleaning is the cleaning of exterior surfaces around your property that are flat including patios, sidewalks, walkways, driveways and other flat surfaces. We utilize bio-degradable solutions to remove mold, mildew, algae and surface dirt.
What are those black lines on my gutters?
Tiger stripes (black stripes) appear on the exterior surface of gutters are the result of water run-off, which causes particles from algae, shingles or the air to cling to the surface by the process of electrostatic bonding. Tiger stripes cannot be remove with a normal house wash and require a special solution to treat the oxidized areas.
